Notarial Services Price List

Kindly note that you will need to provide the instruction email from the institution, along with clear instructions regarding your specific requirements, as well as copies of your identity documents and passports. Please also note that both parties are required to appear in person with their original identification or passports.

Please find below our pricing for the various services offered:

Certification of documents (by a Commissioner of Oaths): Complimentary service, subject to reasonable limits

Notarial Certified Copies: – present the original and specify the number of pages

• R350.00 + VAT (EFT) per document

Diplomatic Apostille Certificate and/or Authentication via High Court: (instruction email from the institution is required)

• R3500.00 + VAT (EFT) per document

Notarial Authentication or Attestation ( e.g. ID, signature, identity of a party, etc.):

• R3000.00 + VAT (EFT) for the first document
• R200.00 + VAT (EFT) per additional page

Consultation: (This applies only if the instructions are unclear and the Notary Public requires clarification. NB: The fee will be waived or credited should you proceed with our services.)

• R250.00 per 15 minutes

Important Notice: We do not provide DIRCO Notarial services.

Payment Terms:

• EFT payments – must be made prior to your appointment
